From the Museum of Vancouver's Retail Collection, the design on this journal was inspired by Fat Boy Coffee Bar's Menu cover from the Museum of Vancouver's archives. Fat Boy Coffee was located at Trimble and 10th on Vancouver's West Side from 1948 to 1952.

This 5 x 7 Journal is made in Italy.  It features a soft sueded cover, 240 lined pages, expandable envelope in the back cover, elastic closure and pen loop and gold ribbon marker.
