The Cheese Breeze Slicer with an unstained Wild Cherry handle and solid brass fittings is handcrafted by Kentucky Spring in Louisville, Kentucky. The cutting wire is especially effective with soft cheeses, but also cuts softer hard cheeses. Works on butter and chocolate, too. For a thick or thin slice of cheese, simply change the angle of the cheese slicer.

The stainless wire measures 4" between the solid brass posts, and the tension can be adjusted with the exterior brass screw. The wild cherry handle measures 5" x 1-1/4" x 1/4". The cutting wire is made from a straight .020 stainless steel guitar string.
