The Cheese Breeze Ripple Slicer unstained Wild Cherry handle and solid brass fittings is handcrafted by Kentucky Spring in Louisville, Kentucky.

The cutting wire is especially effective with soft cheeses, but also cuts softer hard cheeses. It works on butter and chocolate, too. If you slice with a back and forth sideways motion, you can get a slice that looks like a Ruffles potato chip! For a thick or thin slice of cheese, simply change the angle of the cheese slicer.

The stainless spiral wire measures 4" between the solid brass posts, and the tension can be adjusted with the exterior brass screw. The wild cherry handle measures 5" x 2-3/8" x 1/2". The spiral cutting wire is made from a stainless steel guitar string.
